What to Expect at Your First Appointment
✔ A thorough conversation about your health history, medications, and lifestyle
✔ A complete oral health exam—including x-rays, gum measurements, cancer screening, and bite evaluation
✔ Time to ask questions and discuss your goals
✔ A personalized treatment plan, if needed, based on your unique needs and preferences
✔ Preventive care or a professional cleaning, if appropriate for that visit
We start with prevention in mind—and only recommend what we’d want for ourselves or our families.
How to Prepare
Before your visit, we recommend:
Arriving 10 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork
Bringing a list of medications, supplements, or allergies
Sending or bringing recent dental records or x-rays, if available
Letting us know if you have dental anxiety or concerns—we’re here to support you

We are a fully independent practice—not in-network with insurance companies—so we can make recommendations based on what’s truly best for you.
