We’re a small, close-knit group of professionals united by a shared commitment: to provide ethical, comprehensive care in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

Dr. Naomi Willden, DDS

Owner & General Dentist

Dr. Willden is a Colorado native, lifelong learner, and relationship-driven dentist who brings warmth, skill, and integrity to every aspect of her practice. She founded Willden Family Dental to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that puts ethics, trust, and humanity above all else.

Dr. Willden didn’t begin her journey in dentistry—she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. It wasn’t until a major dental experience of her own that she discovered her true calling. After feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to expect in the dental chair, she was deeply impacted by the care and communication shown to her by her provider. That moment sparked her passion for dentistry—not just as a clinical profession, but as a means of creating safe, supportive spaces for others.

She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where she gained advanced experience in oral surgery, implants, moderate sedation, and hospital-based care. Today, Naomi combines that technical training with a relational, judgment-free approach that keeps her patients informed, involved, and comfortable.

Dr. Willden is committed to independent, evidence-based practice—free from corporate influence or insurance pressure. She believes that the best dental care comes from clear communication, shared values, and treatment that evolves alongside each patient's needs.

When she’s not at the office, you can find her enjoying quiet time with her husband and their two beagles at their home in Arrowhead. They love camping, stargazing, fly-fishing, and soaking up the rhythm of the seasons on the Western Slope.

Dr. Willden is an active member and supporter of numerous professional associations and charitable organizations, reflecting her commitment to both clinical excellence and community well-being.

Jessica

Front Office Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Jessica brings a thoughtful blend of clinical knowledge and administrative leadership to her role as our Dental Front Office Manager. Having spent more than 15 years as a dental assistant, she has a deep understanding of patient care, chairside support, and clinical coordination. Her transition to front office leadership allows her to bridge the gap between the clinical and administrative teams, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming, seamless experience for every patient.

Originally from Mississippi, Jessica brings the warmth and charm of true Southern hospitality to every interaction. She’s married to a proud Navy veteran, and together they have two wonderful children. Outside the office, you’ll often find her outdoors with her family and pets—especially on the back of a motorcycle, exploring the natural beauty of the Western Slope and making memories along the way.

Jessica is also an accomplished landscape photographer. The header images you see throughout our website feature her original work, capturing the beauty and spirit of the region we’re proud to call home.

Adriana

Registered Dental Hygienist

Adriana is a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist who brings both clinical excellence and a warm, friendly approach to patient care. She’s committed to creating a comfortable, supportive experience for every patient she sees, with clear communication and a gentle touch that helps even the most anxious patients feel at ease.

A native of Delta, Colorado, Adriana has deep roots in the Western Slope and a strong sense of community. She’s passionate about helping her neighbors achieve and maintain lifelong oral health, and is known for her calming chairside manner and genuine dedication to patient wellness. Her thoughtful care and professionalism make her a trusted and valued part of the Willden Dental team.

When she’s not at the office, Adriana enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family—especially cheering on her nieces and nephews at their sporting events.

Mandy

Dental Assistant

Mandy is a compassionate caregiver whose journey into dental assisting began nearly a decade ago, when a local dentist recognized her potential and invited her to join the field. Since then, she has grown into a dedicated and highly valued dental assistant, known for her gentle presence, patient-centered care, and natural ability to help people feel at ease.

What Mandy loves most about her role is building lasting relationships with patients and supporting them throughout their dental journey. Her compassion, attention to detail, and consistently positive attitude make her an essential part of our team and a calming presence in the office.

A proud Montrose native, Mandy feels honored to care for the community she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and her beloved dog, Bender. She also has a passion for the outdoors and local ecology—you’ll often find her mushroom hunting or studying native plants on the Colorado trails.

    This year, the entire Willden Family Dental team proudly participated in the Colorado Mission of Mercy, a two-day clinic that provides free, high-quality dental care to individuals and families in need—no questions asked.

    Held in a large, community-based facility, COMOM brings together dental professionals from across the state to offer cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more to those who otherwise might go without care. For our team, it was an honor to be part of this mission-driven event—eliminating dental pain, restoring smiles, and supporting oral health for all.
